In depth training programs have allowed Elec-Tec to hire men and women from the local community and provide them with the skills required for electro-mechanical and electronic assembly. These skills include government specifications soldering, computer driven processing equipment and automated bench machinery operation. All employees are given the opportunity to grow with the company and now have positions of responsibility that include management.

Elec-Tec’s international customer base includes the automotive, appliance, government, consumer and specialized electronics industries. Many of Elec-Tec components can be found in automotive showrooms and retail shelves all over the world.
